Teams will meet 3 times a week.

  • We will have a normal 2 day per week practice.
    • At these practices, your athlete will receive 2 hours of volleyball training.
    • Additionally, your child will receive an hour of training in the weight room, or plyometrics with our Training Coordinator Chip Anderson. 
      • Note: Weight training will apply for 14U and older registrants only. 13U players will be allowed to add on weight training for a $100 fee.
  • Players will also receive 1 hour of skills training on weekends provided by select SKEVA coaches.
    • Weight training/Plyos will also be scheduled on these days. This brings the total time on this day to 2 hours. 
    • NOTE: Depending on travel schedule, some weekends we may be unable to do skill days. 
    • Weekend skills days will be Non-Mandatory and may sometimes be replaced by team practices instead.
